How long does shipping from China to the UAE take?
Air freight is typically 3–5 days door to door. Sea freight is typically 25–35 days, depending on the sailing schedule and customs clearance volume.
Do you deliver to all cities in the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — including industrial areas and free zones.
How does your door to door cargo service from China to Dubai work?
It is all-inclusive DDP. We pick up from your supplier in China, handle export documentation, move the freight by air or sea, clear UAE customs, and deliver to your door. Duties and taxes are included in the rate.
What is the minimum weight or volume for cargo?
For air cargo we recommend a minimum of 45 kg for economical rates. For sea LCL groupage the minimum billing is 1 CBM. Smaller parcels are possible — send the details and we will advise.
Do I need an import code to ship with you?
Not for our door to door service — we clear the goods under our own company licence. A valid UAE import code is required only for direct commercial imports in your own company name.
Which ports and airports do you clear cargo at?
Jebel Ali Port, Dubai Port, Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC). We are an authorised UAE customs clearance agent.
How fast do you reply to a quote request?
Within business hours we normally reply the same day, and always within 24 hours. Sending a packing list or cargo photos makes the rate accurate on the first reply.
