What we collect
When you request a rate we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email, company and cargo details. When you create a portal account we also store a hashed password. When you submit a form we log your IP address and browser string to catch automated spam.
Why we collect it
To quote your shipment, move it, clear it through customs, and contact you about it. Customs clearance in the UAE legally requires accurate consignee and commodity information, so some of what you give us is passed to Dubai Customs and to carriers as part of the declaration.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your shipment: shipping lines and airlines, our origin office, Dubai Customs, and the delivery contractor for the final mile. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Shipment and clearance records are retained for the period UAE commercial and customs law requires. Quote requests that do not become shipments are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete your portal account at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We set one session cookie so sign-in works, and we store your light/dark preference in your browser's local storage — never sent to us. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to measure traffic in aggregate.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where we are not legally required to retain it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text. Uploaded documents are only accessible to the client they belong to and to our staff.
